| In the event that normal stock lines, advertised
in the musiconhold.com.au price list are to
be returned, North Supply will return the goods
for credit. Goods must be returned in original
saleable condition and a copy of invoice attached.
This applies within 7 days of delivery and at
the sole discretion of North Supply. Cheques
for credits will not be raised, but credit note
can be applied to next purchase. Goods specifically
ordered in, must be fully paid for prior to
delivery and cannot be returned or exchanged
without express approval from North Supplyin
writing. Where a 30 money back guarantee is
offered, goods not received, by North Supply,
withing 30 days from the original date of invoice
will not be accepted. All 30 day money back
guarantees apply only to goods sold or supplied
in a new condition and mustbe returned in the
same. |
Please attach a copy of original purchase
invoice. North Supply warranty and serial number
labels must be clearly attached, as their removal
voids warranty. Please refer to specific warranty
condition on warranty card supplied with goods.
Unauthorized repair or upgrade voids warranty.
Unless a unit is dead on arrival and in this
case must be received within 7 days of invoice
date, goods remain the property of your customer
and will be processed by the relevant manufacturer
of agent as soon as possible. North Supply will
not be liable for any loss, whether material
or not of such goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns
that:
- are incomplete or missing parts; or
- are not returned in their original packaging,
- show signs of physical damage to the product
or its packaging.
- do not include a valid Return Authorisation
Number on the shipping label.
- have an expired Return Authorisation Number.

If you receive a product that appears to have
been "Damaged in Transit" - that is,
damaged in transit from us to you - you should:-
- refuse to accept delivery of the product,
- direct the courier to "Return goods to
sender" and
- notify our Customer Service staff immediately
|
| Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised
repair or tampering with a product may prevent
a product being accepted for return or warranty
repair or replacement. |
