Fair Play

General

1. It is important to North Supply that all eligible customers have access to our services, so we have a 'Fair Use Policy' to make sure everyone gets a fair-go.

2. North Supply Reserves the right to amend the terms of the fair use policy.

3. North Supply may act on the Fair use Policy where:
a) The usage of Production services is unreasonable
b) The usage of production services is excessive

Unreasonable Use

4. It is unreasonable use of North supply production services where your use of our production services is considered to affect other North Supply subscription customers.

Excessive Use

5. It is excessive use when your usage of production services exceeds your contract usage.

Excessive use is a continuing and disproportionate use of the Production service when compared to other users.

In the case of unlimited Music Downloads, it is deemed excessive use when downloads are above 25MB a month where that use adversely affects the North Supply web server or other North Supply customers accessing the North Supply Web server.

Our Rights

6. If you are in breach of this Fair Use Policy, North Supply representatives may contact you to discuss changing your contract to conform to the Fair Use Policy.
