North Supply will arrange delivery at the expense of the Customer, after payment of the goods in full is made. Alternatively, the Customer may arrange for goods to be picked up, after payment of the goods in full is made.
- We will advise same day if ordered before 5pm AEST if the goods purchased are not available for delivery as stated in the below table. 
- Digital music and studio productions purchased on line will be made available for immediate download from the web site after an approved Credit Card transaction.
- Hardware and /or products of a physical nature purchased on line will be dispatched next working day.

For orders to be dispatched for next day delivery we must received payment in full before 2PM EST.

Where you a select a monthly Subscription package, products and services will be dispatched and installed as per the terms and conditions after all required Application documents have been received,  processed and approved. New music and updates will then be available from your Music On Hold Account page as per your subscription inclusions.
