A few words from Les Crosby The landscape of “on hold” has really changed since we started out, as Australia’s first MOH supplier, way back in 1984! (Yes I was the first person to bring On Hold to Australia!) In fact when we first started out we, literally, used to ship truckloads of radios off to Radio Stations for give-away's, off to phone dealers for installs, off to multinationals, off to everyone! We actually now have a ‘museum’ of all the MOH radios & players we’ve sold over the years and the radio is still a favorite. In fact, many of our Australia-wide clients still enjoy playing the radio to their callers but a lot has changed since the "radio-days" marketing ‘Rules’ have changed public demand has changed federal Laws have changed callers time-frames have changed and Phone Systems have changed It is precisely, these changes that sets us apart from the gamut of On Hold suppliers today.
